All equipment, software, or tools provided by BMS Electronics must be kept confidential. - Security Deposit
You agree to pay a refundable security deposit as decided by BMS Electronics. The security deposit is refundable if you decide not to work with us and after a locking period of six months. - Training
All partners must undergo a training period of 7 days, either online or offline, as decided by BMS Electronics. - Partnership Terms
- The security deposit has a locking period of six months.
- A special discount of 10% will be given on charger purchases for reselling when sharing the partner code.
- You will receive sixty rupees per charger for servicing. - Component Management
- All components provided by the company must be entered into your service register or website.
- Defective components or charger boards must be sent back to the company within one month. - Modifications to Terms
BMS Electronics reserves the right to change, modify, or remove terms and conditions in accordance with company policy. - Compliance and Violations
- All terms and conditions are mandatory. Non-compliance may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and possible legal action.
- You agree to charge a reasonable price for non-warranty services, not exceeding four hundred rupees.
- Warranty services will not be provided in cases of physical damage or if the seal is broken. - Rights and Assignments
BMS Electronics reserves the right to assign its rights and duties to any party at any time without prior notice. - Liability
BMS Electronics shall not be liable for any interruption or delay in access to the website. Your user account is non-transferable. - Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
