Domestic Shipping-
We offer the following shipping options within the country:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.

Delivery Times

Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
